It's Been A Month.......

It’s been a month and I am down 5.5 pounds, not bad for one month.  In my mind, I need to lose about 4 or 5 more pounds before I start doing any type of exercise.  I’m happy about my weight loses, but we all know that it’s probably water weight.  I’ve been an on and off Weight Watcher member, so I decided to go back to what works.  If you are looking for a program that works, I am a true believer and witness that Weight Watchers is it.  I lost my first 20 pounds a few years ago by doing Weight Watchers and exercising.  Like any program CONSISTENCY is the key.  If you are consistent with your tracking and points you will lose.  This time around I am doing the Weight Watchers eTools.  Try it I promise it works. 
I promise to post more and guess what?…….....….I am almost there.
